Meridiana continues to earn its place among the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, ranking No. 24 in RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s Mid-Year 2026 report after recording 276 new home sales during the year’s first six months.
The national ranking underscores Meridiana’s continued appeal to buyers seeking more than just a new home.
